Refunds & Returns

Because all BlackInk.AI designs are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept physical returns. However, we are happy to offer a BlackInk.AI credit or refund in cases where the product is defective or if there was a mistake with your order.

• Refunds or credits must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds are only available for customers in North America (U.S. and Canada). International customers can receive BlackInk.AI credits.
• Custom Tattoo Designs and any Discounted/Sale Items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or credits unless defective.

User Error

If the issue with the product results from user error—such as failure to follow the application instructions outlined in our Tattoo Application Guide—you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Proper application is critical for the best results, so please carefully follow all instructions provided.

Damaged or Defective Designs

If you receive a damaged or defective design, please contact us with the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the design and defect

Our team will review your submission and offer a one-time replacement or BlackInk.AI credit if the issue is confirmed.

What is BlackInk.AI Credit?

BlackInk.AI credit is store credit you can use for future purchases on BlackInk.AI. It ensures customer satisfaction without compromising the custom nature of our products. Credits do not expire and can be applied to any new order.

How to Request a Refund or Credit

Email us at info@blackink.ai. Include:

• Your order number
• The designs and quantities you're inquiring about
• A brief description of the issue along with any photos you'd like to include

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps within 2 business days.

• Refunds will not include original shipping charges.
• Refunds or replacements will not be granted for user errors or failure to follow the application instructions provided in our guide.
• BlackInk.AI reserves the right to refuse refund or credit requests if we detect policy abuse.
